Booking and Payment
a. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed through our website, mobile app, or by phone. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address or phone number once your booking is accepted.
b. Payment: Payment for all services must be made in advance, and we accept all major wire transfers like cashapp and zelle. Cash payments are also accepted at the discretion of the driver. Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be paid directly to the driver.
c. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time without any penalty.
Any cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the total fare. Conduct and Safety
a. Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
Any behavior that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers, or damages the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund and legal proceedings.
b. Safety: The safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the trip, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
c. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund or legal proceedings.
Liability and Insurance
a. Liability: SwiingMe is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle during or after the trip. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the driver.
b. Insurance: Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured in compliance with state and local regulations. Changes to Terms and Conditions SwiingMe reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you by email or phone.
