1. Account Setup:
1.1 Stores must create an account on the SwiingMe platform and provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
1.2 Stores are responsible for maintaining an up to date presentation of their products and are completely prohibited from cross sharing product presentations
2. Product Listings:
2.1 Stores must accurately describe their products, including images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and relevant specifications.
2.2 Stores should ensure that their product listings comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2.3 Stores should not engage in false advertising, misleading claims, or misrepresentation of products.
3. Inventory Management:
3.1 Stores are responsible for ensuring the availability and stock levels of their listed products.
3.2 Stores should promptly update their inventory status on the SwiingMe platform to reflect any changes in product availability.
4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping:
4.1 Stores are responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.
4.2 Stores should provide accurate shipping packaging and ensure that products are shipped with no damaged packaging
4.3 Stores Must ONLY use Swiingme for shipping to customers and provide any important information (Package Attention) to Drivers (Swiingers) when applicable and or necessary.
5. Customer Communication:
5.1 Stores should promptly respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
5.2 Stores should strive to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise during the buying process.
5.3 Stores are fully responsible for all financial transactions between the customers and them. Must make sure all payments are done before drivers shows up for swiinging
6. Prohibited Items:
6.1 Stores must not list or sell any prohibited items on the SwiingMe platform, including but not limited to illegal products, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and restricted items.
6.2 Stores should review and comply with SwiingMe's prohibited item guidelines and any applicable laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property:
7.1 Stores should respect the intellectual property rights of others and should not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other proprietary rights.
7.2 Stores should not list or sell counterfeit or unauthorized items that violate intellectual property rights.
8. Fees and Payments:
8.1 Stores are responsible for paying any applicable fees to SwiingMe for using its platform and services.
8.2 SwiingMe will provide stores with clear information about fees, payment schedules, and any related policies.
9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
9.1 Stores must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to consumer protection, data protection, and taxation laws.
10. Suspension or Termination:
10.1 SwiingMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate a store's access to its platform in case of violation of the terms, conditions, and policies set forth by SwiingMe.
10.2 SwiingMe may conduct periodic reviews and audits of store activities to ensure compliance with its policies.
