  2.1 Items that are considered hazardous, dangerous, or pose a risk to health and safety are prohibited. 

   2.2 This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, flammable substances, toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, and biological hazards. 


3. Counterfeit and Unauthorized Goods:   

 3.1 The sale of counterfeit or unauthorized items is strictly prohibited.  

  3.2 Stores must not list or sell items that infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

 4.1 Items that contain offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content are prohibited.  

  4.2 This includes, but is not limited to, items that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

    5.1 Items that are subject to specific legal restrictions or regulations are prohibited unless the necessary permits, licenses, or certifications are obtained.    

5.2 This includes, but is not limited to, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, firearms, ammunition, tobacco products, and alcoholic beverages. 


6. Endangered Species and Protected Wildlife:    

6.1 The sale of items derived from endangered species or protected wildlife is strictly prohibited.    

6.2 This includes, but is not limited to, products made from ivory, rhinoceros horn, tortoise shell, or any other materials obtained from endangered animals.


 7. Misleading or Deceptive Items:   

 7.1 Stores must not list or sell items that are misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.   

 7.2 This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit products, pirated software, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, and misleading health or weight-loss products.


 8. Stolen or Illegally Obtained Items:    

8.1 Stores must not list or sell items that have been stolen or obtained illegally.  

  8.2 This includes, but is not limited to, stolen goods, illegally obtained digital content, and items obtained through unauthorized access or hacking. 


9. Violation of Privacy:   

 9.1 Items that violate the privacy rights of individuals, including personal information, confidential data, or spyware, are prohibited.


 10. Other Prohibited Items:   

  10.1 SwiingMe reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items that it deems inappropriate, harmful, or contrary to its policies or the interests of its users.
